Ever since my son became a licensed driver years ago (he is almost 21), I switched from my over-priced insurance to State Farm so that his auto insurance would be more affordable.

The service at Drew Karris has been exceptional in every way--I value their teamwork, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness even more than my great rates.

However, in addition to all of the above, I have already had to make several claims in the years I have been with Drew Karris.

First, for a minor jewelry claim, when I lost my earrings in a rental car. Second, on our auto policy, when I was, unfortunately, in a minor "fender-bender." Third, most recently, for my service line endorsement, due to parkway tree roots causing damage to the pipes in my front yard.

In each and every instance, the claim process was straightforward, efficient and much quicker than expected.
